Terms of Use

These terms were written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation and the English version conflict, the English version applies. Read it in English.
1. Agreement
By using an AIsier app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps. AIsier Inc. is a Delaware, USA company ("AIsier", "we").
2. Eligibility - you must be 13 or older
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the apps. Where the law in your region sets a higher minimum age, that age applies. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet that age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete the associated data.
We record the date and time you accepted these terms, together with your account, so that both you and we have a record of the version you agreed to.
3. Not investment advice
AIsier Invest provides AI-generated, educational summaries of market data. Nothing in the app is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Subscriptions
- All five markets (Stocks, Crypto, FX, Funds and Commodities) are free to follow on every account. You can turn any of them on or off in the app, and that choice never changes what you pay.
- AIsier Invest offers an auto-renewable membership in three plans: Starter, Plus and Pro. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of gold, silver and diamond credits; bigger plans get more, and the app shows the amounts before you buy. A plan billed monthly makes you a Premium member and a plan billed yearly makes you a VIP member. In both cases the allowance refills at the start of every calendar month, and unused allowance does not carry over. The price depends on the plan: $15.99 – $37.99 / month or $134.99 – $319.99 / year. Prices may vary by region; the final price for your selection is always shown by the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout before you purchase.
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with a limited allowance of gold, silver and diamond credits. Core tracking features remain free after the trial.
- Payment is charged through the store you buy from: your Apple ID on iPhone and iPad, your Google Play account on Android, or your card through Stripe on the web. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in the same place: your App Store account settings, your Google Play subscriptions, or the subscription page of the web app.
- Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For purchases made on the web, write to us at hello@aisierinvest.com.
- Credits: gold and silver credits pay for AI analyses, and diamond credits can only be used to chat with AIsier. You can convert gold, silver and diamonds into each other in the app, at the rates shown there. Gold, silver and diamond credits can also be bought as one-time packs in the iOS and Android apps; while your VIP membership is active, packs are offered at a lower VIP price. Credits you buy in a pack do not expire, and credits converted from them do not expire either. Credits included with a membership or the free trial, credits converted from them, and credits won in market games or swapped from game points are valid for the period shown in the app. Credits from market games can be used only while your trial or membership is active. Game points cannot be bought; you can swap them for gold, silver or diamond credits at the rates and within the monthly limit shown in the app. Prizes of the market game league are awarded by AIsier under the rules shown in the app; Apple and Google do not sponsor the league and are not involved in it in any way. Credits and game points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or use the apps for unlawful purposes. Fair-use limits apply to AI features.
6. Third-party data
Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. News headlines link to their original sources and belong to their publishers.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (disclaimers, limitations) survive.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIsier Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including investment losses, arising from use of the apps.
